Yes. I regularly build sites from designs supplied by an agency or designer, and can also help when there is no design yet.
WordPress or a custom build?
It depends on what you need to manage and how the site will grow. I will recommend the simpler option that fits, not the most impressive one.
Who owns the finished work?
You do. Code, content and accounts are handed over to you at the end, with documentation so someone else can pick it up.
Do you work with in-house teams and agencies?
Yes. I can work alone on a whole project or slot into an existing team and process.
