AI + automation

AI automation that does useful work.

For teams buried in repetitive, document-heavy or copy-and-paste work. I find the tasks worth automating and build workflows that keep a person in control.

What you get

  • A workflow audit

Where time actually goes, and which tasks are worth automating first.

  • Integration with your existing tools

Email, documents, CRM, spreadsheets and internal systems, not another tool to learn.

  • Human review where it matters

Clear checkpoints so AI suggestions are reviewed before they have consequences.

  • Guardrails and monitoring

Limits on what the system can do, plus logs so you can see and trust what it did.

  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • PostgreSQL
  • LLM APIs
  • Retrieval

How it works

  1. Understand the goal

A short call and a written brief: what success looks like, who it is for, and what is in and out of scope.

  2. Plan the approach

A clear plan, the main decisions and their trade-offs, and a first milestone you can react to.

  3. Build in the open

Working increments and regular check-ins, so you see real progress and can steer while it is cheap to change.

  4. Launch and hand over

Release, walkthrough and documentation, with support afterwards if you want it.

Ways to work together

  • Fixed-scope project

A defined result with an agreed scope. Best when you know what you need built.

  • Ongoing partnership

A regular amount of time each month for improvements, fixes and new work as priorities change.

  • Advice or review

A focused session or short audit when you need a second opinion before deciding.

Common questions

Which tasks are a good fit for AI?

Repetitive work with clear inputs and outputs: extracting data from documents, routing requests, drafting replies for review. If the rules are fuzzy, a person should stay in the loop.

What happens to our data?

We agree up front what data is sent to which provider, and I choose setups that fit your privacy requirements.

Who owns the finished work?

You do. Code, content and accounts are handed over to you at the end, with documentation so someone else can pick it up.

Do you work with in-house teams and agencies?

Yes. I can work alone on a whole project or slot into an existing team and process.
